Our office hours are generally 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. We may be open Saturday or Sundays if we are not at one of our 90 yearly events.

Our phone can get extremely busy and we know your time is valuable. Rather than leave you on hold forever; if our personnel are busy with other calls, we will switch you to our voice mail system. We do return all calls as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
We maintain one of the largest inventories of all EZ-UP shelters and accessories for fastest service. All orders are shipped UPS or FED-X and in most cases we will ship same day or next day depending on time of order.
In addition to all standard colors, we do maintain a limited inventory on custom colors for faster turn around times. Please feel free to call and check stock on colors.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express cards for all orders. Additionally, orders may be prepaid by check or money order. COD orders are accepted on a certified funds basis only.
